Pre-launch showroom status: ZEQILO is not currently accepting paid orders through this website. Product pages and prices are displayed for product validation and business pilot discussions. These terms apply once commercial ordering is opened, except where a section expressly concerns the pre-launch website.

These terms apply to orders placed with ZEQILO through this online store. ZEQILO supplies 3D-printed NFC products, customised products, prototypes and related small-batch items.

Pre-launch notice: ZEQILO's KVK number, VAT identification number and telephone contact will be published before commercial orders are opened. Until those details are visible, this store should be treated as pre-launch.

Products and customisation

Product images, dimensions, colours and finishes are indicative unless explicitly stated otherwise. 3D-printed products can show normal layer lines and minor cosmetic variation. Customers are responsible for checking names, links, files, logos and special instructions they submit.

By submitting a logo, artwork, file or other material, you confirm that you have the right to provide and use it for production of your order.

Orders and acceptance

An order is accepted when ZEQILO confirms it and payment has been successfully received, unless otherwise agreed. We may contact you if information required for customisation is missing or unclear. Production may be paused until necessary details are provided.

Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged for the order, together with any shipping, taxes or other charges shown before payment. Customers must review the order total before completing checkout.

Delivery

Most ZEQILO products are made to order. Estimated production and delivery timing is provided through the store, order confirmation or direct communication. If no different delivery period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the statutory maximum period.

Consumer rights and warranty

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law. Products must conform to the agreement. If a product is defective, incorrect or does not conform to the order, contact us at klik3dprint@gmail.com so we can provide an appropriate remedy.

Custom-made products

Where a product is made to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply. This does not affect rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.

Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, use outside the intended purpose, or inaccurate files or instructions provided by the customer, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Complaints

Send complaints to klik3dprint@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge and handle complaints within a reasonable period.
