This page is for consumers who want to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal for an eligible online purchase.

Before submitting

The right of withdrawal generally applies to standard non-personalised products. It does not generally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Defective or non-conforming personalised products remain covered by your statutory consumer rights.

Withdrawal request

Email klik3dprint@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used for the order, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Important: EU and Dutch rules require an online withdrawal function with automatic confirmation. ZEQILO will enable this function before commercial launch. Until it is active, paid consumer orders should not be opened through this storefront.

Model withdrawal statement

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby notify ZEQILO that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [goods]. Ordered on / received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].”
