14-day right of withdrawal

For standard, non-personalised consumer products purchased online, you generally have 14 days after receiving the product to notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the product.

Personalised and custom-made products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply where a product is made to your specifications or is clearly personalised, for example with your logo, name, custom dimensions, custom artwork or other customer-specific configuration. We will identify such products as personalised before purchase where applicable.

This exception does not reduce your legal rights if the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise does not conform to the agreement.

How to request a return or withdrawal

Use the Right of Withdrawal page or contact klik3dprint@gmail.com. Include your order number and the email address used for the order.

Return condition

You may inspect a standard product as you would in a physical shop. You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return shipping

For a valid withdrawal from a standard non-personalised product, the customer bears the direct return shipping cost unless we state otherwise. If we supplied an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us before returning it so we can arrange the appropriate solution.

Refund timing

Where a refund is due following withdrawal, we will refund eligible amounts within 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refund method

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is agreed and does not create additional costs for you.
